Model CCEZ Power Conveyor Accumulating

The Model CCEZ is a horizontal plastic belt conveyor designed for accumulating 12 & 24 packs of canned beverages where high speeds and large through-puts are required.

• Bed - 13" deep x 1-1/2" flange x 12 ga. formed, powder painted steel frame
• Belt - 6" wide x 1/2" thick low friction plastic belt (4-1/2" wide available)
• Motor - 3/4 HP standard-1 to 3 HP available

• Capacity - Maximum load 1300 lbs. No minimum load

• Bed - 4 in. x  4 ga. formed channel on side opposite chain guard and 6 in. x 4 ga. formed channel on chain guard side.

Model 25-LREZ Heavy Duty Accumulating Conveyor

The Model 25-LREZ is a belt driven live roller conveyor designed for use where zero-pressure accumulation, low elevation (12"), and close roller centers are required. The conveyor is also available in non-accumulating.

• Bed - 7-1/2" deep x 10 ga. formed steel channel frame powder painted
• Rollers - 2-1/2" dia. x 11 ga. unplated tread rollers spaced every 3" and 1.9" dia. x 16 ga. unplated pressure rollers spaced every 6"

Model 25-LRA Heavy Duty Accumulating Conveyor

The model 25-LRA is a belt driven live roller conveyor designed for use where zero pressure accumulation, low elevation (12") and close roller centers are required. The conveyor is also available in non-accumulating form. 

• Bed - 7-1/2 in. x 10 ga. powder painted formed steel channel frame.
• Belt - 14 in. black PVC 120-CBS. Clipper unibar lacing.

Model 2511-CREZ Heavy Duty Accumulating Conveyor

The Model 2511-CREZ is a chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle loads such as pallets, drums, etc. Items are accumulated with zero back pressure, reducing the possibility of product damage.

• Bed - 4" x 4 ga. formed steel channel frame powder painted
• Rollers - 2-1/2" dia. x 11 ga. unplated tread rollers spaced every 4" or 6"

The model 2511-CRA is a chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle loads such as pallets, drums, etc. Items are accumulated with "zero-back pressure" reducing the possibility of collisions that may result in product damage.

• Bed- 4 in. x 4 ga. powder painted formed steel channel frame bolted together with butt couplings.
• Rollers - 2-1/2 in. dia. x 11 ga. unplated rollers spaced every 4 in. or 6 in.

Model CCAC Case Conveyor Curve

The model CCAC is a horizontal plastic belt curve conveyor which is normally slave driven from the model CCEZ for accumulating 12 & 24 packs of canned beverages where high speeds and large through-puts are required.

• Frame - 13 in. deep x 1-1/2 in. flange x 12 ga. steel side channels powder painted.
• Drive - Slave driven from infeed end of model CCEZ.
• Air requirements - Recommended working pressure 60 p.s.i.

Model DCEZ-60 Drag Chain Conveyor

The model DCEZ is a drag chain conveyor designed to handle pallets. With EZ-Logic accumulation module, pallets are accumulated with zero-back pressure reducing the possibility of collision that may result in product damage.

• Chain - C-2060H double pitch conveyor chain (straight sidebar)
• Frame - 6 in. x 7 ga. powder painted formed steel ange with 1-1/2 in. x 3/16 wall, chain support tube. 4 ga. formed coupling channels located at infeed and discharge ends of each module.
• Motor - 1-1/2 HP standard
• Accumulation Zones - 60. in long with EZ-Logic Accumulation (Diffuse)
• Capacity - 6000 lbs. maximum at 30 FPM
